Here we are, back from Fuerteventura where we went with the French Peter Lynn team.
We’ve spent more than two weeks with Fred, Seb and Romain in a typical big Fuerte style house, only two kilometer’s away from the spot.
Although the wind didn’t blow that much (which is unusual for Fuerte) we had enough almost every day to ride a buggy or a landboard… And so we did.
Fuerte, Spanish territory, is a land of wind and dust, so don’t look for forests or a nice shady place to chill, this island is all about volcanoes and sand… And beaches of course.
Lots of kiteboardes over there, but nobody buggying or landboarding. Perfect for us!
We found some incredible places with magnificent backgrounds, we discoveredmany cool spots like beaches with crystal clear water and arid deserts.
The level of our team riders has never been higher and we raised the challenge every day, riding volcanoes or huge dunes.
This trip was an excellent way to test the new gear and we are very happy with all the new PL stuff.
The new access range kites are just brilliant; we pushed the Hornet II on both buggy and landboard, we jumped big dunes with the Twister IIR and got the most out of the Charger, Reactor II, Vapors etc.
However, the real purpose of the trip was to shoot a new PL movie, so keep an eye on this site as there is some good footage coming out soon!
A big thanks to all the Peter Lynn crew helping us making this project become reality.
Cheers,
Guilhem.
